Testing Dataset

During training, the dataset contains MRI data from 24 patients, each paired with binary ground masks. For testing, MRI data from 2 patients are given, each with their own ground masks, while an additional 9 patients' data lacks ground masks.

Please note: Though some patients have annotation masks indicating tumor and edema regions, this dataset exclusively offers binary masks for all training data. In the "In" folder, only tumor slices are separated, while the input folder encompasses all slices from specific patients.
